Cardiovascular disease are so broad and wide ranged, but affects 1 in every 12 Canadians. Embed any information about your heart conditions, any medications and emergency contact info with our 3dprinted NFC Medical Alert tags.

If you have a medical condition, or a reason for first responders to have access to information that would otherwise be unavailable under a medical emergency, these NFC tags are for you.  Clip them to your backpack, purse or apparel, but once scanned, will display relevant medical data, emergency contacts or anything else that will help you in your time of need.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Due to IOS's technical limitations, only actions like calling a phone number or opening an app is natively supported. To see texts, instructions or the like, as shown in the sample photo, a 3rd party NFC reader is needed from the app store. You can use something like this to allow iphones to read all the data contained in the chip:
